New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Please complete this Online Registration Form to access the secure enrollment system where you may request enrollment for your child in Minnetonka Public School District #276. Read and follow all instructions carefully. Documents required to complete this form for all residents and non-resident enrollments: Be prepared to upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate and proof of your address (a utility bill or driver’s license). Failure to do so will prevent you from submiiting your child’s enrollment. A scan or photo image of these documents is acceptable. Partially completed forms will not be saved. Once you begin, please complete the Online Registration Form in its entirety and submit it, or you will need to start over.
